Unable to add product

If you've made it here, we apologize. Food labels are complex and vary quite a bit from product to product. That means we may process some labels better than others.

Here are a few label types we are currently unable to process.

Labels we cannot process (yet!)

• Non-English labels
• Labels made outside the US
• Labels that say Supplement Facts instead of Nutrition Facts.
• Labels where the Nutrition Facts and/or ingredients cannot be captured in one photo (think circular containers)
• Labels without Nutrition Facts
• Labels for alcohol

If your product doesn't match any of the above scenarios and still isn't processing, we'd love to take a closer look. Please contact support and make sure to attach your photos.
