How do I cancel my free trial?

If you've started a free trial, but no longer wish to purchase a subscription, you can cancel via the following steps:

1. Tap the  icon at the top left corner of any main screen.
2. Tap Subscriptions > Manage Subscription.
3.  Tap the Sesame Subscription > Cancel Subscription.

Please note: To avoid being charged, you must cancel your subscription within the 7-day trial window. If you miss the window and your card has been charged, you can request a refund via Apple or Google support.
